Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used Combs

  • Used Brushes

  • Any used salon tools

All sales on these items are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
